Do you manage short lets in Como?
We manage the properties already in our portfolio in Como and Cernobbio. New management mandates only when there is a local cleaning and check-in team with a signed service level: we say so here and on Transparency, and the list is kept up to date.
Why Como, if you are based in Varese?
Because Como is 30 kilometres away, because we have properties under management and a client with three flats in Cernobbio, and because our sales perimeter is the Lakes Region. In Como we are not the neighbourhood agency: we are the one that sells with written commitments and, if the property is suitable, makes it earn.
What does a flat in Como earn on Airbnb?
On our portfolio, 46.6% occupancy at €97 a night over the last 365 days: a property we manage, not a market average. Como has higher nightly rates than Varese and, in our case, lower occupancy. In the simulator on Earns while it sells, choose "Como and the western shore".
Do you sell on the eastern shore too?
Only if the site visit can be done in a day and we can keep our written commitments (photos within 10 days, viewings handled by us). Otherwise we tell you, and point you to a colleague.
