The story in six lines, and the first-month figures updated every month.

  1. 2006 → 2026For sale, no income

Twenty years with a sign in the window. Costs, taxes, maintenance: an idle building is not neutral, it loses money.

Own an empty space?

The cinema is the case, not the category.

BridgeRent Commercial is a selective line: a few projects assessed one by one, each with its own profit and loss. If you own a shop, an office or a closed space in Varese, on the lakes or in Milan, we check the demand first, then we put a number in writing. This is a story about a space rented out, not a home sold: proof that the method works even on an impossible building.

Questions about the space

Before you book.

How much does it cost to use the Cinema Vittoria?
€400 for a day, €1,000 for a weekend (Friday–Sunday), €1,400 for a week. On top of the fee: a 10% commission paid by the user of the space and the taxes due by law, shown in the written quote together with the deposit.
What is included?
Utilities, opening and closing, and a named team member who opens, closes and checks the space after every event. Cleaning is paid by the user, who hands the space back as they found it.
What kind of space is it, exactly?
The ground floor of the former Cinema Vittoria, in original condition, in a 1917 building in central Varese: 611 m² in total over 4 levels, of which only the ground floor is used for temporary events. The historic auditorium stays off the list until it has its occupancy certificate (agibilità). The building is for sale: that is why it is available for temporary use, not for long leases.
Can I just put a message in the window?
Yes. The two vertical screens in the window are on 14 hours a day, every day: €150 for three months for your message on both.
How do I book?
With the form on this page or on WhatsApp, giving dates, type of event and number of people. We reply within 24 hours on working days, with availability and a written quote; a person confirms within one working day. The availability calendar will be online by 10 October; online payment once the process is running smoothly. Dates are confirmed after checking the calendar of sale viewings, which take priority.
Why can a building that is for sale be used?
The former Cinema Vittoria has been for sale at €950,000 since 2006 and is managed by BridgeRent Commercial on a simple idea: a building for sale should not sit idle. Temporary uses come after sale viewings, and the temporary licence includes a sale clause with notice.
