Do you manage short lets on Lake Maggiore?

Not yet with a local cleaning and check-in team: the target is the first quarter of 2027. Today on Lake Maggiore we sell, and we manage where our team already reaches (Mercallo and Taino are in the portfolio). We say so because we do not publish a service level we cannot meet.

Who buys on Lake Maggiore?

Local families, JRC staff who decide to stay, and foreign buyers of second homes: German, Swiss, Dutch and British.

Does a transitional lease for JRC staff work?

Yes. The site visit, photos, viewings and negotiation are handled by us; completion can be signed through a notarised power of attorney. Tax in your country of residence needs your own adviser: we tell you what to ask.
