3 sold. From mandate to offer: 7, 10 and about 100 days. 99% of the asking price.

Every property we sell gets a page with the same table: area and type, starting situation, dates, asking price and price at completion (rogito, the notarial deed), whether it earned while it was for sale, what went wrong. From offer to completion it takes about 140 days: mortgage, notary, the buyer's timing.

In February I entrusted BridgeRent with the sale of my house in Gallarate and after about ten days an offer came in.

What I appreciated most is that the house kept earning even after the offer: with the short lets managed by BridgeRent I made around 800 euros net a month, from February to July.

Before learning about this option I was only thinking about the sale. Having an income while waiting was a concrete advantage. Thanks to Andrea and BridgeRent!

I had already worked with Andrea Tonali of BridgeRent in the past for short lets, where I came to appreciate the precision and quality of his advice. More recently we entrusted him with the sale of a family home: he immediately identified the right market value and the house was sold within a week, at exactly that figure.

Andrea really follows everything, is always there and very clear in explaining what is happening and what the next steps are. He followed us with great care right up to completion. I recommend him without hesitation.

I bought a home with Bridge Rent and had a very good experience. Andrea listened to my needs and helped me find a solution that truly reflected what I was looking for. Kind, available and easy-going throughout the whole purchase. A positive experience I would certainly recommend! :)

How we read our sales

The rules of the archive.

Why do you also publish sales below the asking price?
Because an archive with only the perfect cases is advertising. Every sale has the same table: days, asking and completion price, what went wrong and what we did.
Why does it take months from offer to completion?
Mortgage, notary, the buyer's timing, sometimes paperwork the seller has to put in order. That is not agency slowness: our work is measured from mandate to offer.
When is a new sale added?
After completion, with the figures from the statement and the client's written consent for any testimonial. The listing is not deleted: it stays at the same address, marked Sold.
How many do you need before we trust you?
At least eight documented sales in our area, each with its own page: that is the threshold we set ourselves on Transparency. Today there are three, and we say so.
